Cecil Pines offers three different financial options, all of which are month-to-month and reasonably priced. In fact, nothing in the Jacksonville area comes close to the setting, convenience and camaraderie of Cecil Pines. Our monthly fees range from $850 for a two bedroom/one bath duplex to $1,095 for our three-bedroom/two bath single family home.
