Cecil Pines offers three different financial options, all of which are month-to-month and affordable. In fact, nothing in the Jacksonville area even comes close to providing the same comfort and services for the same price. Our monthly fees range from $838 for a two bedroom/one bath duplex to $1,078 for our three-bedroom/two bath single family home.
